Dispatch Module (Calls for Service)

The Dispatch Module records and tracks critical information related to all Calls for Service.  If the Call for Service record is related to an Incident/Offense report, by checking the Incident Checkbox, a new Incident record is created and all applicable information from the dispatch record is automatically placed in the Incident record, thereby eliminating redundant data entry.

A comments box allows the user to quickly enter short details about the call for service.  If more detailed information needs to be recorded, the Notepad is used.

Agency specific Signal Codes are easily defined in Field Code Setup.  Users may search and retrieve Signal Types by Code or Description.
