What is the method and location of installation and training?

Installation and initial configuration is provided via remote services. Training is "hands on" and the client may choose to hold the training on-site or at Cardinal's corporate facilities in Texas. Training normally spans three or four days, depending on the software selected and size of the installation. 

Where can I buy accessories for my handheld ticket writer?
Cardinal maintains an online store to make handheld accessories purchasing of items like batteries, screen protectors, stylus and more. You can make these purchases with a credit card, money order or a purchase order.
