MobileCite's Personnel Module allows your system administrator to quickly and easily assign passwords and security rights to MobileCite users.                         

View, Add, Edit, Delete and Administrator Rights can be assigned to any user for the various modules in the system.  For example, most agencies will assign only "View" Rights to all Police Officers.  This allows them to lookup citations in the MobileCite database, and print a Detailed Citation Report prior to a court appearance.

You will probably limit rights to Export Citation Data to select personnel.

Other Personal, Service and Emergency Contact information can also be tracked using the Personnel Module.
