Master Name Module
| The Master Name Module records
and tracks all information related to an individual including physical
characteristics, indentifiers, tracking numbers, and personal information.
An unlimited number of addresses may be assigned to
each person, but the Master Name Module always displays the most
current address. A click of the scroll bar allows you to scroll
back through previous addresses, so the person's complete history
of addresses is maintained. Digital images may
be assigned to each master name record. Cardinal's NotePad
feature allows you to add additional narrative information about
any person. Once you create a Master Name record for an individual,
you will never have to re-enter the same information again.
Whether you arrest the person, issue him a citation, initiate a
field interview, or if he is the victim of a crime - whatever the
reason! Once he is in your Master Name database, you simply
select his Master Name record and all of his information is linked
to whatever new record you are creating. |
| Click on Master
Name History option in the toolbar and see an instant listing
of all instances where your agency has had contact with the individual.
Simply double click on any listed incident, and BADGE
take you directly to that particular record so you view all details.

printed report of the person's history? Click
Master
Name History Report in the Reports Module. Choose
whether to display the results in chronological order or by module
grouping:
The Master
Name Module also allows you to enter an unlimited number of Associates,
Gang/Street Names, and Alias Names to a person's Master Name record.
