Police Records Management
Property Module
| The Property Module records
and tracks information related to all types of property including
Stolen, Recovered, Seized, Evidence, Pawned, and Inventory.
Users can access the Property Module directly from the main Module
Menu to conduct a search or enter new records, or they can access
the module while completing an Incident Report. When accessed
during the Incident Reporting process, a link is automatically established
between the Incident Record and any Property Records (stolen property,
recovered property, evidence, etc.). Drop Down Field Codes
allow the user to easily select the proper Loss Type and Property
Codes for UCR/NIBR purposes. |
| The unique
NotePad feature allows a user to add additional narrative information
about any piece of property. If the Notepad is open on a Property
Record, it indicates that additional narrative information exists. |
