REPORT CENTRAL SE was designed to quickly provide needed data to Public Safety administrators with just a few clicks of a mouse! Over 300 professionally designed "pre-formatted" reports in 12 Categories are easily accessible through Report Central's user-friendly Command Center Console.

All Report Central SE reports were professionally designed using  Crystal Reports - custom report writer software. This means users can modify or change any of these reports according to their needs if they also have the Crystal Reports program. A favorite feature of many administrators is the time specific report generation option. A user can select a report and then choose a time and date for the report to actually execute. For example, you might choose the Administrative Morning Report (which prints a listing of all calls for service for the past 24 hours) to run fifteen minutes prior to when you arrive at work the next day. Then upon your arrival, you will have the information already printed and waiting for you!

Start by choosing a Report Category.....

Drill down to the exact report you want to run.....

You then choose where to send the report (screen, printer, email or export to Word, Excel, or ASCII file).  Finally, you choose when to print the report (now or at any specified time).....

Your choose the selection criteria (date range, type of crime, patrol district, etc.) and then watch while Report Central does the rest!.....

Some reports even include analysis of your summarized data.....

And of course a number of Graphical Analysis Reports are available in Report Central.....
