Appeals Module

The Appeals Module provides a centralized appeals process, enabling you to set up appeals information (this is done in the Defaults module), adjudicate tickets (open and close appeals), print appeals letters, and create lists of appeals. 

 

  • Appealed Citations normally ìsuspendedî from inclusion in Late Fee processing, Notices and Statements and identifying Habitual Offenders

  • User defined standard Appeal Letters.  TickeTrak maintains records of all correspondence associated with Appeals through final disposition

  • Citation records updated with results of appeal determination, and historical appeal information is maintained for any subsequent appeal inquiry or reporting requirements
