The Global Search Module  provides the ability to initiate a query of the database based on the information the user has available to them.  This search may be based on Ticket information, Vehicle information, the Person, or any issued Permit if applicable.  The search response will display all information on file for the account, in addition to the record the search was based on. 

Another unique feature is the Tree View.  This Tree View identifies the person and all vehicles, tickets and permits associated with this account.  The Tree View utilizes ICONs and color coding to provide immediate identification of the status for each of the records.  For example, you can immediately identify if individual tickets are outstanding, paid, voided, under appeal, have notes associated with them, or if  permits have been paid or whether they are expired of not.  All of this information and more is obtained from single, simple search request.
