Hold Module

The Hold Module enables you to apply holds on records, print notice of hold letters and manage all hold information.    

You may select citations for holds based on "the number of citations" and/or the "age of citations".  Records are flagged with a Hold status and the results may also be reported and output to an ASCII file for interface with external systems.  

This process may also be utilized for selecting and identifying records to turn over to outside collections agencies if desired.
