People Module

The People Module allows  you to maintain information about those you have granted privileges to, or whom you are collecting outstanding fines from.   People information includes general name and identification information (SSN, DL#, and additional local ID capability).  The Notepad  is available to enter narrative information on any name record and digital images may also be assigned when needed.

Address information is supported with very flexible capabilities in TickeTrak.

 

• Maintain an unlimited number of addresses organized by user defined address types, such as local address, registered owner, work, etc.   You can identify any of these addresses as the Billing Address where printed information such as  notices and statements will be sent.
  
  

• Addresses include an effective date, so when a person moves you can simply identify their new address without losing their historical information.  The system automatically displays the most recent information, with scrolling capabilities to historical records.
  
  

• Up to three (3) Email addresses may be identified for a person.  The TickeTrak Statement and Notice process allows you to send the information to people electronically.  This action would be reflected on the citation as a transaction history.

Vehicle information associated with the person may be recorded within the People Module display, or entry of the license number of a previously recorded vehicle will automatically retrieve that existing vehicle information.  Ownership dates identify who has responsibility for the vehicle at any time which is important for rental cars, vehicle transfers that include the license, and leased vehicles.
