Permit Module

The Permit Module identifies the parking privileges you authorize. The Permit records integrate with the information maintained for People and Vehicles.

User defined decal types provide for tailoring parameters of the permit privileges, rate, and extensive information defaulting during permit entry
Permit billing and renewal notification functions
Billing and Renewal notifications may be sent to the physical billing address on file or any of the 3 Email address options for the person, offering the ability to save substantially in postal charges
Batch Issue (and invoice) permits for special events; track temporary permits
Assign privileges to a specific lot if applicable
Prorate value of Permits over user defined pro-ration periods
Authorized parking may be defined by day of the week and even hours of the day, if appropriate
Several options for updating permit information including import from an Optical Scan form process or, importing a data file from other data capture sources like IVR (Integrated Voice Response) systems. Option to support Permit registration (and payment) via the Internet
Track Carpool permits and members of the Carpool
Record an unlimited number of vehicles with the permit. The vehicle information may be recorded with the permit, or if previously recorded, will automatically default with entry of the license
Detail listing of all transactions associated with the Permit, as well as a separate list of transactions with financial impact (the same fashion as provided with the Citation record)
