Parking Management & Enforcement System

TickeTrak is a comprehensive system designed to help you control your parking management operations. The TickeTrak system consists of two major software components: TickeTrak 9 is the database software that manages all of your parking information, and Pocket TickeTrak is the software written for handheld computers for ticket issuance and other functions.

TickeTrak allows you to access and organize your parking information in almost any fashion, and it includes several features to support your decision-making and to produce meaningful reports and presentations. TickeTrak presents routine system functions in a straightforward fashion and movement through TickeTrak is an intuitive process.

 GLOBAL SEARCH / TREEVIEW

Several years ago, Cardinal Tracking pioneered the concept of displaying all information associated with an account in a single summary display. Global Search is a unique TickeTrak process that allows the user to query the database based on the information they have available to them to initiate this display.

The result of this Global Search is the Treeview, another unique TickeTrak feature. This Treeview identifies all of the vehicles, tickets and permits associated with this account (Person).  The use of Icons with the records displayed for the account provides instant identification of their status.
