TickeTrak™ is a complete parking management solution.  This powerful, user-friendly system helps manage all aspects of your parking operations by providing immediate access to the critical information you need.  TickeTrak is designed to take full advantage of the application and processing efficiencies of a Client Server operating environment in a multi-user operation.  By providing information and detailed reports on demand, TickeTrak  maximizes the level of customer service you are able to provide. 

Because TickeTrak utilizes Microsoft's SQL Server  database, your data is safe, and there is no need for an API - Application Programming Interface - or "Doorway"  required by other vendors to Web Enable your parking data.  Adding an API only creates potential headaches for you and your agency's technical support staff.   So, whether you want to add On-Line Citation Payment or Permit Sales,  TickeTrak can handle it without costly and troublesome API's.

Cardinal pioneered the use of handheld touchscreen computers to issue parking citations in 1985.  TickeTrak can be used with a number of different handheld computers -  from Symbol, Casio, TDS and Radix.  Our  Pocket TickeTrak handheld software runs on Microsoft's Pocket PC Operating System and offers agencies an inexpensive, lightweight option to traditional handheld ticketwriters used in the past.  Each of these devices provide  enforcement and management personnel a simpler, more efficient method for issuing citations. TickeTrak is available in two basic configurations - Base and Full:

The Base TickeTrak System is designed for those clients who want to incorporate the use of handheld ticketwriters in their operations, but want to continue using their current citation management system.  For example a college or university might already have a main-frame parking citation management and finance system which presently meets their needs.  They just want to add the use of handheld ticketwriters to their operations to experience the many advantages of such an automated system.  Not a problem! TickeTrak Base includes the system modules necessary  for handheld unit communications and many other functions.  The system allows for quick and easy download of citation data from the handhelds, which TickeTrak then converts into an ASCII file for easy import into your existing system.

The Full TickeTrak System includes many modules to assist you in managing all aspects of your parking operations. 

Getting around in TickeTrak is very easy. You may be entering information for a ticket and need to add permit information - simple - click the Permits menu. Want to take a payment? Just click the Finance menu or click on the ticket itself within the tree view. TickeTrak lets you know where you are coming from, and where you are going, and the fastest way there.

TickeTrak's multi-level security system limits access to information based on each user's need to know. You may control the number of login attempts as well as providing an automatic logout based on a user defined idle time.

TickeTrak Full System Features:

  • Global Search - Search for any citation, permit, owner or vehicle data from one convenient location. Searches may use key, indexed fields which include; Citation number, license plate, citation issue date, last name, SSN#, permit number, permit issue date, permit active date, carpool ID, as well as the vehicle identification number (VIN).

  • Scofflaw Management - Create scofflaw lists that can be printed. Download the scofflaw list to the handheld unit to equip your enforcement personnel with up-to-date habitual offenders information, giving them the power to enforce your parking ordinances.

  • Delinquent Notice Generation - With automated notice generation, maintain proactive communications with delinquent violators and collect more outstanding citations. The Notice module prints a free-form letter on pre-designed forms.

  • Financial Processing - Receive payments for tickets, permits, and other parking related items. Integrate a receipt printer and cash drawer to create a full POS system for your parking patrons. End-of-day transaction reports allow for a full accounting and audit of the day's financial activities. Perform batch ticket payments for truly efficient processing.

  • Appeals Management - Handle appeals and complaints easily and track the adjudication process from the appeal through sending information notices to the final adjudication. Simple online reports give a quick overview of the number of appeals open, the number of appeals for a specific reason, and so forth.

  • Permit Management - Enables you to view and edit all information about a permit. TickeTrak allows you to attach one or multiple people to any permit. Multiple vehicles may be added to any permit. The carpool ID allows you to create and track permits issued for specific carpools. A Batch Permit process will auto-generate multiple permits with the TickeTrak system.

  • Custom Modules - Users can select from a number of custom modules, including DMV Interface, Mainframe Interface, TTNET-8 or -16 handheld batch communications, Forms processing, and Collections Agency Interface, to name a few. We will gladly discuss any unique and custom requirements your agency has.

  • Reporting - TickeTrak allows the user to create and save reports within the TickeTrak system. At any time the user may modify the selection criteria of a previously saved report. Additionally, over 50 management reports built with Crystal Reports provide administrators with the tools to manage parking.
