Reports Module
|
The Reports Module allows
users to create reports based on Citations, Permits,
People, and Financial information. (Base System Users
only have access to Citation Reports). After reports
are created, the may be saved for future use. Cardinal
realizes that different agencies have different report requirements,
so the Reports Module is designed to allow users to
easily and quickly create the reports they need!
Step 1: Choose the
Selection Critieria

Step 2: Select the Fields (Columns) for your
report from the field menu. The select the Sort Order
and Group Selection. |

| Step 3: Give the report a name and title, choose
your preferred fonts, set colors and add an image (your agency's
logo?) if desired. You may then print the report to the
screen or any windows compatible printer. |

After creating and printing the report, you can save the
report to be accessed at any time in the future.
Should you need even more details in a report, or require
graphical analysis in your report, you can easily use Crystal
Reports to access the TickeTrak MS SQL Server database.
