Scofflaw Module
| A Scofflaw list is a list
of vehicles and/or permits that require special handling on
the part of the ticket writer, such as towing, special parking
privileges, stolen vehicles, frequent or habitual offender,
VIP vehicles, etc.
The Scofflaw Module allows agencies to define specific
codes and messages that appear on the handheld device when
an enforcement officer enters a particular license plate or
permit number.

The agency may then create and update the Scofflaw file anytime
using the manual entry screen or import pre-existing scofflaw
files from an external source. |

Full System users may choose to
generate the scofflaw file automatically based on agency defined
criteria. |
