Verification of a License Plate and any Ticket
issued to that plate will display all outstanding tickets, where the
customer can select those they wish to pay. Direct integration with the secure e-commerce vendor for
credit card processing keeps this sensitive information out of your
system. TickeTrak records
are immediately updated upon receipt of the transaction approval from
the e-commerce site.
A similar display is provided for tickets that are eligible for appeal.
The customer selects the ticket they wish to appeal, and a
notepad is provided for them to document their reasoning for the appeal.
